We accept payment in the form of credit/debit cards. We are also able to offer convenient financing through Care Credit. We kindly request your full payment to be settled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your adherence to this policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional and timely service.
You can easily schedule an appointment through our online booking system, or you can contact our clinic directly by phone or email. We strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences. Extended clinic hours are available by request for sick visits.
The cost of lab tests, diagnostics, and any additional services are not included in our consultation fees. We will discuss and provide transparent pricing for any recommended tests before proceeding. You may choose to bill your insurance or discuss our affordable cash pay rates for lab work.
Cancellations, re-scheduled visits, and no shows will be subject to a non-refundable $100 fee if cancelled or re-scheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This charge will automatically be billed to the credit card on file.
